Payment Terms
- We accept payments via Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.) to our designated bank account.
- Bank details (bank name, branch, SWIFT code, account number, etc.) will be provided on the Proforma Invoice.
- All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD).
- Please complete payment within the validity period specified on the invoice.
Shipping & Delivery
- All vehicles are shipped from Nagoya Port, Japan.
- Trade terms are based on:
FOB (Free On Board)
C&F (Cost and Freight)
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) - Shipment will be arranged after payment confirmation.
- Estimated time of arrival depends on destination country and may take approximately 3 to 8 weeks.
Returns & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of used vehicles, all sales are final.
- No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted once payment has been made.
- In the unlikely event that shipment cannot proceed due to our circumstances, we will issue a full refund to the buyer’s designated bank account.
Vehicle Condition & Damage Disclaimer
- All cars are inspected and photographed prior to shipment.
- Cars are sold in "As-is" condition, without warranty.
- We are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft that occurs during shipping or customs clearance.
- Insurance can be arranged under CIF terms upon request
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees incurred in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
